APPOINTMENTS
To ensure that we can full accommodate your needs, we ask that all appointments are booked in advance. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled/rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours of your appointment time. Please cancel via the booking app or call the salon (412) 501-6849.
DEPOSITS
We require deposits for all appointments. The deposit amount varies depending on the service(s) you are seeking to have done. We reserve the right to require a deposit for any reason we deem reasonable. This is a deposit, not a booking fee, so the amount paid will be applied to your total due at checkout.
SOCIAL MEDIA
At Allure Beauty Bar we love sharing updates of what is happening at the salon with out social media followers. By coming to our salon, you are likely to be photographed/video recorded for publication on our social media. If for any reason you do not want your image being used in our social media posts, please notify us as soon as you come into the salon so that we can accommodate your request.
REFUND POLICY
All services are non refundable but we will be happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you may have changed your mind about (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
